Congratulations to the IQHA Award of Time and Appreciation, Jennifer Horton. Jennifer has given countless hours to the Iowa Quarter Horse Association but has most notably served as IQHYA Youth Advisor for 16 years! Jennifer is a valuable asset to our association, helping our youth reach their full potential in IQHYA while promoting their love of the American Quarter Horse!
